TCA offers coaching plans that suit the needs of worship leaders. Designed to address personal, relational, spiritual, and philosophical issues, as well as develop practical skills, our coaching will provide a space for leaders and creatives to express frustrations, challenges, and successes in a bi-monthly mentoring relationship.
Coaching includes
Two one-on-one meetings per month (either in person or virtual)
Weekly video review of your worship services by your coach
Priority attention through email, text or phone
Development of a personal strategic plan for growth
Updates and quarterly meetings with your supervisor to track progress
